Due to the general health situation, both within the country and globally, and taking into high consideration the community interest, the Council Board of the Cultural Association of Velanidia “I Mirtidiotissa” has decided to cancel the traditional August fest for this year. The Association is already investigating further alternative options for events that will pleasantly fill in the vacation days of the visitors, always respecting the appropriate health measures and precautions. For the events that the Council Board will decide to conduct, there will be the appropriate announcements, as long as this is feasible and there will be no more government directives that will prevent this endeavour.
